- By booking this appointment you agree to the Terms & Conditions of service outlined below.
- A travel fee of $35 will be applied to all properties located in West Island, Laval, and any other territories outiside of the Island of Montreal.
- Deliverable timelines range from 24h turnaround for photos to 48h turnaround for the rest of our products and services.
- We request advance notice of cancellation by 5:00 pm for jobs scheduled the next day. A $100 fee will apply to cancellation made after this time.
- We required the property to be fully prepared prior to our estimated arrival. Please have all lights on, blinds/curtains open, toilet seats down, garbage cans hidden, and personal belongings put away.
- If additional wait time is required onsite beyond our control, an additional charge will apply. Studio RELM will provide a 15 minute grace period for each job. Any time spent above the allocated time allotted for the job waiting for the property to be ready will be charged at $25 per 15 minutes.
- Please note that the real estate sales representatives and brokers are responsible for informing their clients of our arrival and departure. The service provider is onsite to provide a pre-booked service, any additional request made onsite must be sent to admin@relm.studio. We may not be able to provide the additional service due to other appointments scheduled in the service provider’s calendar. We will do our best to accommodate your additional requests but this may result in additional site visits and/or site fees.
